LA Kush Cake is an Indica dominant Hybrid strain (70% Indica, 30% Sativa) that is a cross between LA Kush and Wedding Cake. THC-A, or THC Acid, is the dormant non-psychoactive acid form of Delta-9 THC (the intoxicating and regulated form of THC) that develops naturally in the cannabis plant. Once heated or combusted by smoking or toasting, THCA converts into Delta-9 THC, the active THC cannabinoid that most people are familiar with. The reason THCA is legal is because chemically it is NOT active Delta-9 THC. Delta-9 THC is the only regulated cannabinoid in cannabis and hemp, according to the 2018 Farm Bill.
